Is all of your jewellery 925 Sterling Silver?
Yes, except our plated cage pendants.
What kind of oyster opening comes with a piece of jewellery?
If you purchase jewellery or a set, it comes with the standard single Akoya oyster opening. For some of our games there are Freshwater mussels/oysters that we open with round Akoya pearls inside.
Can I order oysters to open at home?
Yes for sure, just let us know when you purchase. Unfortunately we cannot send whole oysters or shells outside of New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped with Courier Post. If your order does not require setting, please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and then sent. If you order something that needs setting it will need around 2-3 days drying time, therefore please allow 6-8 working days for these to be set, dried and sent.
We do ship internationally, it can take up to two weeks delivery from dispatch. International shipping is at buyers risk.
How does your jewellery come packaged?
Our jewellery can come in small plastic snap lock bags, organza bags or jewellery boxes. It is all dependent on the type of jewellery.
If I am not happy with the colour pearl I got, can I change it?
Where possible we will do our best to change it if we have the colour you are after in stock. There are no guarantees however.
Will you be getting out of stock products back in stock?
Yes, most products that are showing out of stock will be on their way. However there may not be the same product sometimes if the supplier does not offer these anymore.
My pearl has fallen off my mounting! What do I do?
Please contact us in the first instance, we can guide you how to set it again or we can have it sent back to us for resetting. This does happen from time to time with all jewellery. We test our jewellery thoroughly before shipping. Certain environments can make the glue wear and the pearl will fall off. Please see our Pearl Care Guide for more information.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Only if goods have a manufacturing defect will we look at refund or if suited a replacement.
